A while ago I got hooked by the concepts and ideas published in the book Team Topologies. Together with Luca and Dierk I wrote an article giving an overview of the concept of Team Topologies:

Aside from the article there is another outcome of a book club that Dierk, Luca and I held on Team Toplogies. Dierk and Luca host the german podcast “DevOps auf die Ohren und ins Hirn”. The podcast focuses on topics around DevOps methodology. Recently they hosted an episode with me as guest on Team Topologies at gridscale.
