Yesterday ‘aired’ the final episode of season 2 of Ted Lasso. Ted Lasso is one of the Apple TV+ productions. I’ve been actually sucked into the Apple TV+ cosmos - I find that most of their stuff is really really good. However, especially Ted Lasso is great.

For the ones not knowing Ted Lasso: The series is about a football (US football) coach who is hired by a britain soccer team as a coach. He does not know jack about soccer but comes to britain to coach the team. While the series is a comedy it actually managed to bridge the gap to something one has to think about in each and every episode. Ted Lasso is portraied as a character who has his own character, not being perfect, admitting his own faults while always on the lookout to give everyone and everything a chance. One of the core words of the first seasons is: believe.

A few weeks ago, I came across this tweet and thought I’d ought to rewatch the whole series and actually make a commentary on each episode on what are the take-a-ways as a manager from that episode.

Well, if you have time - go watch Ted Lasso! ;)
